Agreement

By downloading or using Nursling, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Nursling.

The App

Nursling is a baby feeding tracker. It helps you log breastfeeding sessions, bottles, solids, and diapers. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult your pediatrician for health concerns.

Subscriptions

Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage your subscription in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Current pricing is displayed in the app and on the App Store.

Free Trial

New subscribers get a 14-day free trial of Premium. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be charged for the selected plan.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple per their App Store refund policy. We can't process refunds directly — Apple manages all billing.

Your Data

You own your data. We don't. All feeding data stays on your device or in your personal iCloud account. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

Disclaimer

Nursling is provided "as is." While we work hard to make it reliable, we can't guarantee it will be error-free at all times. Do not rely solely on Nursling for critical medical decisions. It's a tracking tool, not a medical device.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mircules is not liable for any damages arising from the use of Nursling. We build this app with care, but things can go wrong — and when they do, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Intellectual Property

Nursling, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by Mircules. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app. Your data remains yours — this clause covers only the app itself.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to Nursling if you violate these terms. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Nursling after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in Dutch courts.
