Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

Introduction

Nursling is published by Mircules. We take your privacy seriously — not as a marketing line, but as a core principle. This policy explains what data we collect (almost nothing) and what we do with it (nothing).

Data We Collect

Nursling stores all feeding, diaper, and growth data locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We never see this data. We do not operate servers that receive your data. Your baby's information stays on your device, period.

iCloud Sync

Your data is synced to your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit. This data is encrypted and managed by Apple under their privacy policies. We do not have access to your iCloud data. Local data is also kept on your device for offline use.

Subscriptions

Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase receipts from Apple — no personal information like your name or email.

Analytics & Tracking

We do not use any analytics services. No Firebase, no Mixpanel, no Amplitude, no Facebook SDK, no Google Analytics. We do not track you. There is no analytics code in this app. None.

Crash Reporting

We rely on Apple's built-in crash reporting via Xcode Organizer. No third-party crash reporting SDKs are included in Nursling.

Data Stored on Device

All data — feeds, diapers, growth measurements, baby profiles, and photos — is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, this data is deleted. If you use iCloud sync, data remains in your iCloud account until you delete it.

Children's Privacy

Nursling tracks feeding data about infants, entered by parents or caregivers. We do not collect any data from children. The app does not require or support account creation by minors. All data stays on your device or in your iCloud account.

Third-Party Services

The only third-party service used is RevenueCat for subscription management. You can review RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

App Tracking Transparency

Nursling does not request tracking permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework because we simply don't track you. There's nothing to opt into or out of.

Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Since all data is stored on your device or in your personal iCloud account, you have full control. You can delete all data from within the app (Settings → Delete All Data). You can delete your iCloud data through Apple's iCloud settings. We do not hold any of your personal data on our servers — because we don't have servers that store your data.

For California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA. Since we don't collect personal data, there is nothing to sell, share, or disclose.

Changes

If we ever change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and notify users in the app. We don't anticipate major changes — our approach to privacy is fundamental to who we are.
